Fenova uPVC Door & Window Systems Secures Over 5 Lakh Square Feet in Q4 Project Wins, Reinforcing Leadership in India’s Premium uPVC Window Segment

Solapur, Maharashtra | April 2026:-Fenovaan Indian manufacturer of high-performance uPVC door and window systems, has secured over 5 lakh square feet of new project orders in Q4 FY25–26 through its nationwide channel partner network. The development reinforces the company’s growing presence in India’s fenestration and building materials market, particularly within large-scale residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

These project wins are incremental to Fenova’s ongoing retail and project supply business, and reflect sustained demand for energy-efficient, low-maintenance window systems across India’s real estate sector.

The quarter was marked by volatility in global raw material markets amid ongoing geopolitical developments. Despite these conditions, Fenova secured contracts with multiple established developers and institutions across regions, indicating continued traction as a preferred uPVC door and window brand in premium housing and infrastructure-led construction.

“This momentum reflects increasing adoption of high-performance uPVC window systems across India’s construction sector,” said a company spokesperson. “Our focus remains on delivering durable, energy-efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with evolving architectural and aesthetic requirements.”

Landmark Project Wins Across Key Real Estate Markets

Fenova’s Q4 project wins span a broad geographic footprint, with deeper engagement in markets where the company has an established presence.

In northern India, projects in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh include developments by Shakuntalam Infra Developers Ltd, while in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, Fenova is associated with institutional infrastructure projects linked to the Uttarakhand Krishi Utpadan Vipanan Board.

In western India, the company is engaged in projects in Vadodara, Gujarat with Samanvay Realty, and in Kolhapur, Maharashtra with the Ajeenkya DY Patil Group, reflecting demand across both residential and institutional segments.

In eastern India, ongoing projects in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with developers such as Lifestyle Properties and Puspita Realcon highlight continued activity in emerging urban markets.

In southern India, Fenova is part of luxury residential developments in Hyderabad involving established developers including Vasavi Group and Sumadhura Group.

Additional project orders have been secured across Delhi NCR, Pune, Nagpur, Goa, Chandigarh, Pathankot, Srinagar, and Siliguri, further strengthening Fenova’s nationwide footprint.

Internationally, the company continues its participation in Bhutan’s Gyalsung Infrastructure Project, marking its presence in cross-border infrastructure development.

Accelerating Adoption of Color uPVC Window Systems

More than 50% of the newly signed projects feature Fenova’s color profile systems—a transition that has been made viable at scale in India due to Fenova’s proprietary co-extrusion technology.

By replacing traditional laminates with co-extruded colored layers that are fused during manufacturing, Fenova has addressed long-standing challenges of peeling, fading, and inconsistency. This has enabled developers across price segments to confidently adopt wooden finish and colored uPVC systems, accelerating a nationwide shift toward more durable and aesthetically refined window solutions.

Trust Built on Legacy and Consistency

Fenova’s growing preference among developers and architects is rooted in its strong lineage as part of the Arihant Group, India’s largest technical profile manufacturer, established in 1989 with applications across more than 10 industries.

In an environment where raw material disruptions have impacted consistency across the sector, Fenova has maintained strict quality benchmarks without compromise, supported by its manufacturing scale, backward integration, and engineering expertise.

Combined with one of the widest product portfolios in the segment, catering to diverse performance requirements and price points, Fenova continues to be a trusted partner for builders, developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers alike.

The company’s innovation-led approach has also earned it recognition under the Forbes India DGEMS Select 200, further validating its role in shaping the future of uPVC systems in India.

Outlook for FY26–27

Fenova estimates that it delivered over 3.5 million square feet of uPVC window and door systems in FY25–26, reflecting strong underlying demand across both retail and project segments.

Looking ahead, the company aims to further scale its manufacturing utilization, strengthen its partner ecosystem, and expand its share in large-format developments across India. With increasing awareness around performance, longevity, and design, Fenova is well-positioned to lead the next phase of growth in India’s fenestration industry.
